Account Manager

  • Generating leads.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop new business with existing clients
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
  • Understanding and promoting company programs.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in sales with minimum 1 year.

    Coordinate sales plans with internal sales, presales, product specialist and project team

    Deciding on the most effective go-to market and channel strategy in order to maximise sales execution
    Annual budgeting and investment plans
    Managing, providing training, and development to the team members

    Monitoring sales process internally and externally
    Providing solution overview presentation to prospect client

  • Qualification
    • Max. 40 years old
      Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree with min GPA 2.75 (preferable in Marketing / IT)
      At least 3 years working experiences as Sales Manager in ISP company, system integrator, IT vendor company is preferred
      Excellent in marketing
      Energetic, good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skill
      Strong in leadership, negotiation, reporting, sales management, timeline / time management, managing sales team capabilities
      Ability to work independently and as a team
      Excellent written and spoken English is a must
      Ability and understanding of the market and competition
      Able to work under pressure, ready to work overtime and result oriented
      Having a strong soft skill in building quotation, proposal, contract, forecasting sales
      Have an excellent knowledge about internet and networking

Customer Experience Officer
    The customer experience (CX) specialist is to ensure that the marketer follows a buyer-centric approach and delivers a smooth, unfragmented and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints and at all stages of the buyer journey. He/She is responsible for keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product design or development, sales, marketing, account management and so on, in order to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience.
  • Delivering the right product or service for the customer's needs
    Selling the product or service honestly
    Ensuring ease of use and preventing failures
    Making it easy for customers to do business with the organization
    Creating an emotional connection and providing added value when appropriate
    Establish an effective voice of the customer (VOC) process.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer experience and/or User Research Experience Customer oriented mindset
    Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Indonesian
    Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity
    Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
